Along with the other five North Wales County Authorities the Isle of Anglesey County Council welcomes the publication of the long awaited Waterhouse Report into allegations of abuse of children and young people in residential care in the former counties of Clwyd and Gwynedd during the 70s and 80s and shares the outrage expressed at the details which have emerged. Councillors and officials extend their deepest sympathy to the victims and their families.
