Court Support

One of the most effective ways F.A.C.T. can help those who have been falsely accused who are subject to Court procedings is to support them in the period leading up to, and during their trial.

Several F.A.C.T. members have gone through this experience and have appreciated having someone knowledgeable to guide them through the ordeal.

If you a facing a trial, whether it be in the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court, or the Appeal Court, and would like to make contact with us pleae let us know. We can't guarantee to attend every Court hearing but we will do our best to help you understand what is going on and cope.
