Prisoner's Support

F.A.C.T. has a well established support programme for those who have been wrongly convicted and who are (or have been) serving prison sentences.

If someone you know has been wrongly convicted of child abuse and is in prison we may be able to help you. If you are to make your visit  to a loved one in prison and need some advice let us know. We are heare to help.

We have a prisoner's support worker, Joy who keeps in touch with those in prison, and their families, on a regular basis as well advice on how to locate a prison, prison policy and procedures including issues to do with appealing, parole, and prison courses.

There is also an excellent newspaper for those in prison called Inside Time. This contains a lot of useful legal advice about prison rules and procedures.
