Knock! Knock! What Happens Next?

Just imagine for a minute. You are at home enjoying a cup of tea when the doorbell rings. You answer it expecting it to be a neighbour but instead find two police officers on the doorstep. They introduce themselves and you immediately think there has been an accident, or that perhaps your elderly relative has died. You invite them in. They ask you to confirm your identity. You get more anxious. Without further comment one of them then tells you that you are being arrested on suspicion of child abuse. What do you do, what happens next ?
